Get a free yacht delivery quote by completing our form with as many details as possible. We provide accurate pricing within 24 hours. If you don’t receive a confirmation email, please check your email address and resubmit the form.
Booking Process
Once you accept the basic quote, we will discuss your personal preferences, route options, and any specific requirements to ensure a tailored and seamless yacht delivery experience.
Signing a Contract
Once you accept the adjusted quote tailored to your preferences, we issue a formal yacht delivery contract to be signed by both parties. The delivery date is scheduled based on mutual agreement to ensure a smooth and personalized yacht delivery experience.
Yacht Delivery Requirements

✔️ Your yacht must be "ready to sail" upon our arrival.

✔️ All safety equipment must be onboard and up to date.

✔️ Engine, sails, and rigging must be in full working condition.


Important Notes:

⚠️ Boat refitting services are not included in our standard contracts.

Yacht Handover & Preparation – Ensuring a Safe & Seamless Delivery
The yacht handover process is carefully planned to ensure a smooth and secure delivery. The joining date is mutually agreed upon between the owner/agent and the Delivery Captain in advance. On the scheduled date, our experienced skipper and crew will board the yacht, assume full responsibility, and issue a comprehensive handover report documenting the transfer.
